Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly successful Sales Representative who has consistently exceeded targets and is hungry to close bigger, better, and smarter. This role is designed for a proven producer who knows how to open doors, build meaningful client relationships, and deliver results.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage qualified prospects through cold outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Close high-value deals and consistently exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed contract
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Provide detailed documentation of sales results and performance metrics
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and deep product knowledge

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B/B2C sales experience with a proven, top-performing track record
  • Must provide documented proof of past sales performance (e.g., awards, commission statements, ranking reports, testimonials)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Preferred Qualifications:
