Findus is a multinational company leader in the European Frozen Foods market and it is looking for a Key Account Manager in the Veneto region.

The KAM, within the Sales team, will be accountable for the delivery of the target on key strategic Customers assigned in the region, aiming at expanding the category through JBP.

Activities & Responsibilities

  • Deliver of annual targets through the execution of Sales basics;
  • Negotiation of assortment and promotional plans;
  • Develop strategic and long-term relationships with the company's most important customers, thus generating benefits for both parties.
  • Protect the company and the customer from competition, achieved through a thorough understanding of the customer's business plan.
  • Build customer loyalty through a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop sales strategies aimed at increasing the company's turnover.
  • Strategic planning to improve customer results;
  • Support other departments in the OTC process;
  • Manage the profitability through NRM principles.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in sales accounting - preferably in FMCG sector
  • Cross functional career is preferred: marketing or finance or trade marketing in addition to sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial attitude
  • Ability to challenge the status quo
  • Goal oriented
  • Fluent in spoken Italian and English
