Un importante imprenditore internazionale cerca un Junior HSE Specialist per supportare lo sviluppo e il miglioramento continuo del sistema di gestione HSE. Il candidato ideale avrà un'esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo, laurea in ingegneria e fluente in inglese. Sarà coinvolto nel garantire conformità agli standard HSE e nella preparazione di documentazione. Il lavoro si svolgerà a Parma, con disponibilità a viaggiare.

Competenze

• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza come HSE Engineer.
• Capacità di gestire in modo indipendente il ciclo di vita completo di un progetto EPC.
• Qualifiche di auditor e/o certificazioni relative ai sistemi di gestione HSE.

Mansioni

• Supportare lo sviluppo e l'implementazione del sistema di gestione HSE.
• Assicurare la conformità agli standard HSE e alle politiche aziendali.
• Partecipare ad audit interni ed esterni.

As an international EPC contractor specialized in delivering complex projects for the global energy sector, we are looking for a Junior HSE Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and continuous improvement of our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System, while actively contributing to key HSE initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management System;
• Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable HSE standards, regulations, and company policies;
• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of HSE documentation, including guidelines, procedures, and reports;
• Participate in internal and external audits, inspections, and certification processes (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001);
• Support the promotion and reinforcement of a strong safety culture across all project sites;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide HSE support for ongoing EPC projects;
• Help identify potential hazards and contribute to risk assessments and mitigation actions;
• Assist in organizing and conducting HSE training sessions and awareness programs;
• Monitor HSE performance indicators and support the preparation of regular reports;
• Gain hands-on experience working in dynamic and challenging environments typical of large-scale energy projects

Qualifications

• HSE Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the role, capable of independently managing the full life cycle of an EPC project, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards throughout.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical fields;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written);
• Solid knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• A proactive attitude, with a genuine interest in HSE topics.
• Auditor qualification and / or certifications related to HSE Management Systems .

Place of work: Parma (PR), with willingness to travel as required.
