Competenze

Overview

The position is in our Reward Practice, within the Financial Services Sector that supports our clients in connecting their strategic business objectives and their implications for their Executive Compensation, Rewards and Incentive Systems.

Responsibilities
  • As a consultant you will contribute to the execution of complex projects, responsible for specific tasks in terms of quality and timing under the supervision of a Project Manager.
  • You will also work on quantitative analysis, organization-specific issues and clients’ business performance mainframe.
  • You will work with the team to interpret and draw meaningful conclusions to support our clients to design and implement first class people strategy for their organization.
  • In this role you will also have the opportunity to
  • Execute project delivery in line with strategic directions given by the managers of the team
  • Perform analysis with minimal guidance and instruction
  • Develop client-ready reports with little guidance and direction
  • Leverage and reinforce expertise in many of our practice areas (Executive Compensation, Broad-base Reward, Job Evaluation and organization-related issues, incentive plans, etc.)
  • Support senior colleagues in preparing outputs for our clients and presenting part of the outputs directly to clients
  • Support senior colleagues in the development of commercial proposals
  • Support in developing the business and the intellectual capital of the Reward Practice
Qualifications
  • University Master Degree in economics / organization / management / engineering
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting or in HR functions of medium-large size companies with focus on Executive compensation and / or compensation, Organization
  • Interest and attitude to work with clients and passion to work in teams with a cooperative and proactive attitude
  • Experience in Financial Services will be a plus
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proficiency in Italian and English

The position is based in Milan with flexible working arrangements.
