A dynamic technology startup in Milan is seeking a tech-savvy professional to build and ship product features while collaborating across design and product teams. Ideal candidates should have several years of experience in tech, especially with AWS services and React. A Master's degree in Computer Science is preferred, but exceptional achievements may be considered. Key Responsibilities

Build and ship product features.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with design and product teams.

Drive key decisions around infrastructure, testing, and scalability.

Requirements

Been building tech for multiple years

Tech in our stack

React, JavaScript, TypeScript.

AWS services like ECS, Lambda, Cognito, Dynamo, CDK, Aurora.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in early‑stage startups or small engineering teams.

Experience with B2C web enabled businesses (e.g., e‑commerce, marketplaces etc…)

Familiarity with ci/cd pipelines, and production‑grade deployment

Background in enterprise SaaS, fintech, AI tools.

Education

Master of Science in Computer Science or Bachelor, but in presence of exceptional achievements (e.g. started a company as primary tech operator).

Non-CS education considered only in case of proven track record in building tech.
