Chief of Staff
Location: Milan (Hybrid)
Seniority: 3-6 years of experience
Main activities and responsibilities
- Support the management team in defining and monitoring strategic priorities, ensuring full organizational alignment with company objectives.
- Facilitate an effective flow of information and decision-making between the Executive Committee and the Business Units, including through the preparation of reports, presentations, and materials that support executive decisions.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to guide growth strategies, optimize operational workflows, and support the executive-level decision-making process.
- Work closely with the CEO in managing the strategic and operational agenda, ensuring proper follow‑up and progress on key priorities.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure consistency across processes, initiatives, and decision-making.
- Act as a facilitator in resolving complex organizational and operational issues, promoting effective and timely solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in roles supporting top management (e.g., Chief of Staff, Strategic Planning, Business Operations, PMO, or similar).
- Strong strategic analysis skills and the ability to translate corporate priorities into clear, actionable, and trackable operational plans.
- Degree in economics, management, or related fields (e.g., Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Political Science / International Relations with an economic‑organizational focus).
- Project and stakeholder management competencies, with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives effectively.
- Proficiency with advanced work tools, including Office Suite/Google Workspace, project management systems, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
