About the Company – CGA Technologies Srl

CGA Technologies Srl is a leading metalworking company in the production of heat exchangers for the automotive, alternative energy, electronics and refrigeration sectors. We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPER.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Establish the necessary connections with internal teams in order to bring new RFQs.
  • Manage orders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and effective communication with internal teams.
  • Monitor the market and competition, analyzing trends and opportunities to optimize sales strategies.
  • Acquire new customers through the implementation of lead generation and customer engagement strategies.
Skills
  • Degree (Engineering is preferred).
  • Previous experience of 3–5 years (Energy sector is preferred).
  • Teamwork and problem‑solving skills.
  • Economic and financial sensitivity.
