Overview

We’re hiring a full-time Graphic Designer who can turn rough ideas into clear, effective visuals — fast, consistent, and aligned with business goals.

This role is not about “just executing briefs”.

You are expected to think visually, propose directions, and solve problems through design.

What You’ll Do

• Translate rough ideas or objectives into clear visual concepts
• Design daily visuals for social media, ads, and marketplace needs
• Create multiple design variations for testing and performance improvement
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Develop reusable templates and simple visual systems
• Support marketing needs across formats:
• Ads (static & variations)
• Marketplace & website assets
• Landing pages
• Presentation decks
• Packaging & basic print materials
• Communicate progress clearly and proactively
• Handle revisions efficiently and professionally

What We’re Looking For

• Background in Visual Design or related field
• Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Proficient in Adobe design tools
• Able to work fast without sacrificing clarity
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with a strong portfolio and clear design reasoning
• Comfortable working under deadlines
• Able to think independently and propose solutions, not just wait for instructions
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
