A leading manufacturing company in Kalimantan Tengah is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) specialist to develop and maintain quality policies, ensure compliance with standards, and lead system improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and has over 5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively are essential. This permanent role may require assignments to various company locations.
Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) policies, procedures, and systems.
Ensure all QA/QC process stages comply with established standards.
Conduct periodic reviews and evaluations to maintain process consistency and effectiveness.
Initiate, develop, and update QA/QC procedures to adapt to technological advancements and industry requirements.
Encourage team input to improve efficiency and effectiveness of procedures.
Perform routine internal audits to evaluate compliance and procedural effectiveness.
Analyze quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for continuous system improvement.
Design and implement periodic training programs to enhance team awareness and competence regarding quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments to implement solutions that improve quality and operational efficiency.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of RCA, CAPA, GMP, GWP, and Quality Management Systems.
Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC within Manufacturing, Fabrication, or Services industries, with a proven track record in system improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities to motivate and lead teams.
Willing to be assigned to all company work locations.
