The company provides design and manufacturing services to global OEMs across telecommunications, office automation, industrial, automotive and medical sectors.

Qualifications

  • Exposure to QCC and improvement projects such as RMA and customer complaint reduction
Responsibilities
  • Implement QA duties and oversee quality activities.
  • Handle SCARs, 8D, eCAR, and Customer Claims until closure, reporting to the Senior QA Engineer.
  • Verify and investigate RMAs.
  • Execute instructions from the Senior Engineer to satisfy customer requests.
  • Manage internal quality issues daily until closure.
  • Prepare, create, and update PCP with FMEA and OQC QA documents.
  • Serve as direct customer contact when the Senior QA Engineer is unavailable.
  • Compile build report data from IPQC and QC teams.
  • Prepare quality reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, RMA reports) for customers, including 8D reports and website updates.
  • Review and approve QIR/COC checking.
  • Perform data analysis, report generation, and customer presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Apply problem‑solving, analytical, teamwork, time‑management, and people skills.
  • Remain effective under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
