Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project lead to define UX/UI strategy, goals, and timelines.
• Support user research to gather insights and identify design opportunities.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications.
• Maintain design consistency in line with the brand guidelines.
• Work closely with web programmers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Collaborate with content, communications, and technical teams to deliver a cohesive website experience.
• Facilitate design reviews, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
