Work you will do

Deloitte helps organizations reset their IT strategy and implement the systems and solutions, including cutting‑edge cloud services, to re‑energize performance across the enterprise.

As a ServiceNow Analyst / Consultant, you will be expected to work on:

• Advanced Configuration & Development – Utilize existing web development expertise to configure ServiceNow applications, including UI components, workflows, and business rules.
• UI/UX Configuration – Use Service Portal, AngularJS, and modern front‑end frameworks to enhance user experience and build dynamic interfaces.
• Data Model & Performance Optimization – Understand ServiceNow’s database structure, optimize queries, and ensure efficient performance in application development.
• Agile Development in a Project Setting – Collaborate in Agile teams, participate in sprints, and contribute to end‑to‑end ServiceNow solution delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in web development, software engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Strong portfolio of work demonstrating experience in front‑end and/or back‑end development. Recent graduates may apply if they can showcase relevant projects.
• Willing to be part of the ServiceNow team.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

• Understanding of ServiceNow Architecture – Basic knowledge of ServiceNow’s data model, tables, and platform capabilities or willingness to quickly upskill through hands‑on learning.
• API & Integration Experience – Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and authentication methods (OAuth, SAML) for integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
• Ability to leverage Generative AI (GenAI) to accelerate development, troubleshooting, and learning within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Problem‑Solving & Debugging Skills – Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize code, ensuring efficient and scalable ServiceNow implementations.
• Agile & Collaborative Mindset – Experience working in Agile development environments, collaborating with teams, and adapting to fast‑paced project requirements.
