Job description
Job Summary

Responsible for leading and accelerating Indosat B2B’s business growth within the Government segment, covering ministries, government agencies, law enforcement bodies, and other public sector institutions.

This role provides strategic sales leadership, account management excellence, and new customer acquisition, with a strong focus on revenue growth, wallet share expansion, and market penetration of Indosat B2B’s telecommunications and ICT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Define and execute the overall sales strategy for the Government Segment, aligned with Indosat B2B’s corporate objectives, Establish revenue, growth, and wallet share targets across all government accounts
  • Revenue Growth & Wallet Share Expansion: Own full P&l responsibility for revenue growth from Existing government customers, new government customers
  • Maximize penetration of Indosat B2B services not yet utilized by existing customers, including Telecommunications services (Mobile, Fixed, Satellite) & ICT solutions (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Center, Managed Services, IoT, AI, etc.)
  • Account Management Excellence: Lead and oversee Account Management teams serving Ministries, Government institutions and agencies, Law enforcement bodies
  • Leadership & People Management: Foster a high-performance, accountable, and customer-centric sales culture
  • Governance, Reporting & Forecasting: Ensure excellence in Sales pipeline quality, revenue forecasting accuracy, CRM/Salesforce adoption and discipline
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in B2B, enterprise, or government sales.
  • 5–7 years in senior leadership roles (VP / GM / Head level).
  • Proven experience in:
    • Government and public sector sales
    • Large-scale tenders and complex projects
    • Telecommunications and ICT solutions
    • Strong understanding of the government ecosystem and stakeholder landscape is a plus
