Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase customer acquisition, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage and lead a team of branch personnel, including tellers, customer service representatives, and other staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and performing at their best
  • Collaborate with the regional and central teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, and implement initiatives to improve the branch's performance
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze branch-level data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  • Represent the branch and the bank in the local community, building relationships with key stakeholders and partners
