We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Videographer & Video Editor to help us build and grow the FORTRESS™ brand through powerful visual content.

Job Description

Plan and develop visual materials (feed, reels, shorts, videos, videotron, POSM) in line with brand guidelines.

Translate briefs into clear, engaging layouts and visual copy for each target audience/channel.

Optimize visual assets across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, website, e-commerce, offline) with the right format and size.

Produce simple video materials (cutting, layout, lower third, visual captions) for daily content needs.

Ensure visual consistency and quality control (color, typography, ratio, spelling) before publishing or airing.

Support video materials for exhibitions and in-store activities, making sure all technical specifications are correct.

Manage digital asset libraries (source files, fonts, licenses, versions) with clear naming conventions and folder structures.

Collaborate with Social Media, Event, Sales/Brand teams to deliver materials on time.

Propose fresh creative ideas and alternative designs based on content performance insights.

Comply with copyright and licensing rules (fonts, photos, music) and document proof of licenses.

Take care of related equipment and inventory, ensuring everything remains in good working condition.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Broadcasting, Visual Communication Design, or related field.

Minimum 1.5 years experience as a videographer or video editor (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.)

Skilled in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic lighting techniques.

Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Lightroom, or Photoshop.

Creative and up-to-date with trends on TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and other short-form content.

Able to develop video concepts from idea to final output; detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a dynamic team.

Willing to work in a creative environment and on-site/field when needed.
