  • Design and run programs for KOLs on content creation, short video scripting, and data analysis.
  • Organize regular reviews and bootcamps to help new creators grow and monetize faster.
  • Collaborate with brands, e-commerce partners, and livestream platforms to build business opportunities for KOLs.
  • Develop multiple income streams such as ad revenue, affiliate programs, own products, and brand deals.
  • Lead the KOL incubation team, including content, operations, training, and data functions.
  • Work closely with Livestream and BD teams to align KOL content with company goals.
  • Use data insights to support growth, improve content performance, and strengthen brand influence.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in KOL or video content-related roles, with proven team management experience, internship experiences are welcome to apply.
