Job Overview

Assist the maintenance manager in overseeing the day-to-day facility and infrastructure operation, working closely with Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and General Affairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational facilities and infrastructure, conducting routine maintenance and monitoring on a daily basis for HVAC, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Hydrant System, Fire Sprinkler, Air Compressor, and WWTP.
• Monitor electrical power supply from PLN, Power generator, and PV Panel to LVMDB.
• Improve maintenance processes individually or through subcontractors to achieve standardized results and quality.
• Perform tasks related to utility operational and maintenance programs following the schedule or as set by the supervisor.
• Execute planned or emergency projects as necessary.
• Monitor vendor/supplier performance from initiation to completion to prevent failures and discontinue faulty vendor work.
• Control maintenance and spare part budget.
• Understand and follow Lamipak regulations related to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in utility at a food manufacturing facility.
• Proficient office software and presentation skills.
