⭐ Role Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, entry‑level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team at Lodgify. This is your chance to kick‑start your sales career; no need to be a closer yet — just bring your curiosity, energy, and drive to learn.

You’ll be at the frontline of our sales process, engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and helping set up opportunities for our Sales team to close. If you’re hungry to grow, love connecting with people, and want to build a future in tech sales, this role is for you.

This is a fully remote position.

⭐ How will you make an impact?
  • Engage and qualify: Prequalify inbound leads via phone, chat, and email.
  • Tailor the pitch: Communicate Lodgify’s value by adapting it to each customer’s specific needs.
  • Drive activity: Handle a high volume of inbound conversations and make up to 100 calls daily.
  • Collaborate: Pass qualified leads to Sales and support deal closures.
  • Stay organized: Log all activities accurately in HubSpot CRM.
  • Contribute & grow: Share insights, improve processes, and help boost team performance.

  • Language requirement: Strong fluency in English plus native fluency in Italian and Spanish.
  • One year in a customer‑facing role within the same company; prior SDR or BDR experience is a strong plus.
  • Even if you’re not a closer yet, you’re hungry to become one — eager to learn how to drive deals and grow into a strong sales closer.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a confident, engaging phone presence.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for web‑based solutions and the ability to share that excitement with potential customers.
