• Design and manage standard travel arrangements for clients.
• Handle client requests including itineraries, bookings, and transfers.
• Work with suppliers and internal departments for service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on confirmations.

Job description

To design and manage standard travel arrangements for transactional clients, ensuring efficient service delivery through accurate planning, destination knowledge, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Accountabilities

• Collaborate with the Travel Team Supervisor to align curated travel products with the company’s premium brand strategy

Execute

• Handle transactional client requests including simple itineraries, hotel bookings, and transfers.
• Ensure all bookings, amendments, and cancellations are processed accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide alternatives and recommendations for unavailable services.
• Maintain accurate records in the reservation system and follow up on confirmations.

Leadership

• Act as a role model in client service excellence and attention to detail.
• Take initiative in resolving issues and improving processes to enhance team performance.
• Represent the Travel team in cross-departmental collaborations and contribute to a positive team culture.
