As a valued team member, you'll also have the exciting opportunity to travel to Japan to accompany client tours, building stronger connections and ensuring a smooth and memorable travel experience.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with Japanese vendors through booking, calls, and email coordination for businesses related to the tour such as hotels, restaurants, attraction sites, bus, etc.
  • Plan detailed and personalized travel itineraries.
  • Arrange schedules for multiple tours.
  • Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience during the tour.
  • Anticipate and address potential issues to prevent customer complaints, and skillfully handle complaints with professionalism by providing effective solutions and actionable follow-ups.
  • Stay up to date on Japan’s travel trends.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Japanese (Minimum JLPT N2), specifically speaking in professional conversation.
  • Experience in tour planning or travel coordination.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple tours at once.
  • Calm and collected under pressure, able to resolve issues independently and by working with others.
  • Able to elevate matters to a higher manager when needed.
  • Passion for people, service, and detail-oriented.
