Job Overview

Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable transfer pricing regulations, preparing transfer pricing documentation (local file, master file, and CbCR if applicable), and providing analysis and advice on intercompany transactions to minimize tax risks and support the group’s business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain annual transfer pricing documentation in accordance with local regulations (e.g., OECD Guidelines, local TP rules).
  • Draft and/or review Local File, Master File, and Country-by-Country Report (CbCR) where applicable.
  • Conduct economic and benchmarking analyses to determine arm’s length pricing.
  • Assess and monitor transfer pricing policies for intercompany transactions.
  • Support transfer pricing audits and respond to tax authority queries related to transfer pricing matters.
  • Coordinate with finance, accounting, and legal departments regarding the implementation of TP policies.
  • Provide internal advice on tax impacts of cross-border group transactions.
  • Monitor developments in local and international tax/transfer pricing regulations (e.g., OECD, BEPS).
  • Identify risks and opportunities arising from regulatory changes.
  • Prepare analytical TP reports for management and other stakeholders.
  • Support cross-border tax planning initiatives with a risk-focused approach.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or Taxation.
  • Experience in transfer pricing, international tax, or corporate tax.
  • Strong understanding of local TP regulations and OECD Guidelines.
  • Proficient in conducting economic and benchmarking studies using databases such as TP Catalyst, Orbis, or Compustat.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team under tight deadlines.
