Job Description:
Employee Development:
  1. Assess FM manpower performance and quality
  2. Provide coaching
Training Program Design:
  1. Develop comprehensive training materials: manuals/modules related to FM soft services
  2. Implement training programs tailored to different skill levels
  3. Create and maintain SOPs for various FM tasks
Training Delivery:
  1. Facilitate in-person workshops, including hands-on training
  2. Conduct virtual learning sessions
  3. Lead induction and on-the-job training
Service Quality:
  1. Build success matrices
  2. Conduct quality and performance audits
  3. Monitor and evaluate training outcomes
Continuous Improvement:
  1. Stay updated with industry trends
  2. Revise and improve training materials
Reporting and Documentation:
  1. Maintain detailed records of training activities
  2. Ensure proper documentation of SOPs, training materials, and safety standards
Project Roll-Out Preparation:
  1. Design solutions for FM projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in FM, with at least 2 years in a training role
  • Strong knowledge of FM soft services, including cleaning, security, etc.
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering training programs, including SOP development
  • Strong understanding of service quality standards and KPIs for performance evaluation
  • Ability to design and implement learning modules
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to engage learners
