Job summary

A retail company in Kota Medan is looking for an experienced Trainer to deliver training sessions on store operations and customer service. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in smartphone retail. Strong presentation and communication skills are a must. This role requires mobility to visit stores as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trainer / Facilitator / Instructor in smartphone retail is preferred.
  • Ability to develop training materials and utilize presentation tools effectively.
  • Willing to be mobile/visit stores as required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions on store operations, customer service, and selling skills to frontliner staff.
  • Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) and ensure training materials are implemented effectively.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide coaching to improve team performance.
