A leading training provider in Indonesia is seeking a Trainer / Learning Officer responsible for identifying training needs and delivering effective training sessions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of training experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and familiarity with digital learning tools. This role is crucial for enhancing employee development and facilitating continuous learning.
Trainer / Learning Officer is responsible for identifying training needs, designing effective learning programs, and delivering engaging training sessions to enhance employee development.
Conduct training needs analysis based on organizational and departmental requirements
Design training tools including curriculum, syllabus, and learning materials
Develop supporting materials such as instructional videos to enhance training delivery
Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding training schedules to ensure alignment with operational needs
Prepare and submit budget proposals for trainee programs
Document training modules or materials received from external parties for future reference and audit purposes
Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major
Minimum 2 years of experience in training, especially in handling staff at a Training Center
Strong communication and presentation skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Familiar with digital learning tools and multimedia content creation
