Job description

We are seeking a Traffic & Ticketing Manager to lead and oversee all traffic, ticketing, parking, and guest service operations at EIGER Adventure Land. In this role, you will ensure smooth, safe, and efficient guest flow while maintaining high operational standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead the Guest Relation, Ticketing, Traffic Control, Shuttle, and Parking teams

Oversee all ticketing, registration, parking, shuttle, and guest service operations, ensure systems and processes run effectively in accordance with SOP

Identify opportunities to increase revenue through service innovations.

Ensure all departmental activities comply with SOP, safety standard and K3 protocols

Coordinate with the Director of Operation and related departments to ensure seamless operations

Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports, record incidents and team performance, and maintain documentation related to ticketing systems, shuttle schedules, and departmental procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum D3/S1 degree, preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, Management, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in Ticketing, Traffic, or Guest Service operations, including proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

Strong understanding of Guest Experience management, guest flow processes, ticketing systems, and revenue optimization strategies.

Proactive, visionary, and solution-oriented, with strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Willing to work flexibly (shifts, weekends, and emergency situations) with a strong focus on guest safety and operational efficiency.
