Job description

GudangKripto is looking for a practical and detail-oriented Trading Desk Supervisor to oversee daily trading desk activities.
This role focuses on ensuring smooth daily trading operations, liquidity availability, treasury coordination, and exposure control across trading accounts and exchanges.

You will supervise trade execution, monitor balances and positions, and coordinate closely with Operations, Finance, and Treasury to keep trading activities running safely and efficiently in a fast-moving crypto market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Desk Supervision & Daily Execution

Supervise daily trading activities across supported trading pairs.

Ensure orders are executed properly and spreads remain competitive.

Monitor trading activity to maintain stable orderbook conditions.

Review daily trading activity and provide guidance to the trading team.

2. Liquidity & Treasury Coordination

Maintain sufficient liquidity across exchanges and trading accounts.

Coordinate fund transfers between trading accounts and treasury wallets.

Monitor balances and funding needs to ensure uninterrupted trading activity.

Work with Finance/Treasury for settlement and reconciliation processes.

Monitor positions and exposure to stay within internal risk guidelines.

Track inventory levels across trading pairs and exchanges.

Identify unusual exposure or imbalance and take corrective actions.

Report daily exposure and trading performance summary.

4. Market Monitoring & Pricing Support

Monitor market movement and volatility across major crypto assets.

Maintain spread competitiveness and orderbook health.

Support pricing adjustments based on market conditions.

Communicate market changes that may impact trading activity.

5. Operational Monitoring

Coordinate with Operations team for balance reconciliation.

Monitor deposit/withdrawal activity and its impact on liquidity.

Escalate abnormal movements, gaps, or discrepancies.

Ensure trading continuity during operational incidents.

6. Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Guide and supervise traders in daily execution activities.

Work closely with Compliance, Finance, Treasury, and Tech teams.

Support improvements in trading workflow and operational processes.

Who We Are Looking For

Minimum 2–4 years experience in crypto trading, trading operations, market making, or exchange operations.

Background or exposure to treasury operations, fund movement, or balance monitoring is preferred.

Understanding of crypto market behavior and exchange mechanics.

Comfortable monitoring performance, exposure, and basic risk practices.

Familiar with wallet operations, fund transfers, and reconciliation processes.

Strong Excel and analytical skills.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.

A crypto exchange operating under the supervision of and in full compliance with the official regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Self-Regulatory Organizations (SRO), and certified for compliance with ISO 27001:2022 standards in Indonesia.
