Trade Marketing Manager (General & Local Modern Trade)-FMCG

Responsibilities
  • Generate brand awareness among end‑users for the parent brand through in‑store programs.
  • Develop end‑user loyalty programs for any portfolio.
  • Implement customer retention/loyalty programs to increase brand loyalty at the customer level.
  • Manage the Sales Generator Program for WS through Si Ahli Semen (SAS) Program.
  • Organize and supervise customer/consumer engagement activities such as retailer gatherings, tukang gatherings, and contractor gatherings.
  • Oversee end‑user loyalty initiatives such as Semen Merah Putih Club Apps (end‑user point rewards).
  • Manage in‑store branding for POSM items, including allocation and placement, to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Enhance brand likelihood of being recommended and increase satisfaction levels based on recent customer experiences.
  • Supervise programs for Mandor Pintar Institute, including training and certification for tukang.
  • Coordinate co‑marketing activities with developers, associations, and relevant government bodies.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a marketing role (specify years).
