About the role

Travelingeropa group' is seeking an experienced Tour Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in South Tangerang Banten. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and successful operation of our diverse range of travel tours and packages (leisure, umrah & hajj)

What you'll be doing
  • Manage the end-to-end operations of our tour packages, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer experiences
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and partners to negotiate contracts, coordinate logistics, and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
  • Oversee the tour planning and itinerary development process, ensuring they align with customer needs and company objectives
  • Manage a team of tour coordinators and guides, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
  • Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support the promotion and sale of our tour packages
What we're looking for
  • Extensive experience (3+ years) in tour operations or a related field within the hospitality and tourism industry
  • Proven track record in managing complex travel operations, including logistics, budgeting, and supplier negotiations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences
  • Proficient in using tour operations and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia
