We are seeking a Ticketing Supervisor oversees the daily performance of ticketing counters and team members to ensure smooth operations, accurate transactions, and excellent guest service. This role acts as the frontline leader who supports the Ticketing Manager and ensures all ticketing processes are executed according to standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Supervise day-to-day ticketing counter operations across all gates and sales points.
  • Ensure correct application of ticket prices, packages, and promotions.
  • Support the team in handling guest inquiries, payment issues, or ticketing problems.
  • Assist the Ticketing Manager in scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Assist in daily revenue reporting and cash reconciliation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ticketing, cashier, or front-office operations (theme park/hospitality/retail preferred).
  • Experience supervising or coordinating small teams is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using POS, ticketing systems, and basic reporting tools.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and guest service orientation.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifts.
