A leading technology service provider in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to provide basic training to Service Center staff and monitor repair activities. The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree and have 1–3 years of experience in technical troubleshooting. Proficiency in English, knowledge of various operating systems, and skills in component repair are required. This role offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional development.
Minimum bachelor degree and at least 1–3 years of experience.
Proficient in replacing components such as LCDs, batteries, and charging ports.
Experienced technicians are also capable of handling more complex repairs such as soldering, board swapping, and fixing dead devices or those damaged by water.
Knowledgeable in various operating systems (Android, iOS) and capable of performing flashing, updates, downgrades, and resolving software-related issues such as bootloop.
Able to analyze technical issues, identify the root cause, determine the appropriate solution, and carry out systematic troubleshooting.
Skilled in using technical equipment such as soldering tools, multimeters, power supplies, and other repair instruments.
Proficient in English (knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage).
Able to communicate effectively with HQ teams in China.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
