As the Technical Service Manager at PT Bali Holiday Village (Club Med), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the resort's technical infrastructure. This full-time position is based in Bintan, Kepulauan Riau, and will involve overseeing the technical services team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the technical services team, including maintenance technicians, electricians, and plumbers, to ensure all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to proactively identify and address any issues
• Oversee the procurement and inventory management of spare parts, tools, and other essential supplies
• Liaise with external vendors and contractors to coordinate specialized services and repairs as needed
• Analyse and report on technical performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the resort's technical operations
