Qualifications

• Minimum D3 and/ or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles (especially weak current).
• Skilled with measurement tools (multimeter, soldering, etc.).
• Good communication, attention to detail, and self-discipline.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and fix technical issues on ucollect Boxes.

About the Role

As a Technical Maintenance Staff, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our ucollect Boxes are always available and functioning optimally. You’ll solve technical issues, conduct root cause analyses, perform calibrations, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance—helping us deliver reliable service and drive innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and fix technical issues on ucollect Boxes
• Conduct regular visits and maintenance
• Perform calibrations and upgrades (mechanical, electrical, electronics, software)
• Report on maintenance activities and improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum D3 and/ or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles (especially weak current)
• Skilled with measurement tools (multimeter, soldering, etc.)
• Good communication, attention to detail, and self-discipline
• Experience with Microsoft/Google tools (Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
• (Bonus) PCB design knowledge and ability to lift up to 20kg
