• Collaborate closely with Product, Business, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong experience in software engineering with a high standard of quality
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and take full ownership
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end software development and product delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think critically and solve complex problems independently

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Engineer or Tech Lead
• Background in tech or fintech industries, preferably in a tech startup environment
• Strong technical expertise relevant to our current technology stack
