International Development Group (IDG) is actively recruiting for a Team Lead position on a proposal for the Katalis 2.0 program under the Indonesia–Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IA-CEPA). Katalis 2.0 represents a follow‑on of the pioneering Katalis program (2020-2025). The goal is to support Indonesia’s economic transformation, enabling greater investment, including from Australia, and to support stronger, more inclusive economic growth in‑line with Indonesia’s ambition to reach high‑income status by 2045.
The Team Lead will be the strategic and operational head of the Katalis 2.0 program. They will provide high‑level leadership and technical oversight, manage stakeholder relations, and ensure delivery of results in line with the IA‑CEPA objectives. The Team Lead will work closely with the governments of Indonesia and Australia, industry leaders, and civil society to catalyze trade, investment, and inclusive growth. This role requires a seasoned development professional with deep understanding of both commercial facilitation and development programming, proven experience in stakeholder coordination across government and private sectors, and the ability to navigate the complex intersection of trade policy and development outcomes.
