Job summary

A leading automotive components manufacturer in Karawang is seeking a Tax Specialist to ensure accurate tax withholdings and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Tax Accounting, at least 5 years of experience in taxation, and proficiency with tax applications. Key responsibilities include handling tax audits and preparing tax returns in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure accurate tax withholdings (PPh & VAT).
• Prepare and review tax returns (PPh & VAT).
• Ensure timely tax compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tax Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in taxation.
• Brevet Tax AB certified
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & accounting software
• Familiar with tax apps: e-Faktur, e-Form, e-Bupot, e-SPT, Coretax
• Strong knowledge of PPh 21, 22, 23/26, 4(2), VAT, and Corporate Tax
• Experience handling SP2DK and tax audits

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure accurate tax withholdings (PPh & VAT)
• Prepare and review equalization and tax returns (PPh & VAT)
• Ensure timely tax compliance and reporting
• Handle tax audit/SP2DK data and documentation
• Provide solutions for Coretax issues
• Maintain proper tax records and coordinate with internal teams
