Job Description:
- Accurately record daily financial transactions in a timely manner using the accounting system.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with PSAK (Indonesian GAAP).
- Perform account reconciliations, including cash, bank, and tax accounts.
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports (e.g., VAT, Withholding Tax Articles 21 & 23, Corporate Income Tax).
- Maintain proper documentation of all tax-related records, including e-Faktur, tax slips, and payment receipts.
- Assist in the preparation and support of tax and financial audits.
- Keep up to date with changes in tax regulations and ensure accurate implementation within the company.
- Provide required financial data and reports to internal and external stakeholders, including management, auditors, and tax consultants.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
- 1–2 years of work experience in accounting and/or taxation, preferably in a corporate or tax consulting environment.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (PSAK) and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Accurate, Jurnal, or SAP, and DJP Online tax applications.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and demonstrates strong analytical skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team, with effective time management skills.
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
