Job summary

A leading financial technology company in Jakarta is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to source candidates and manage the hiring process. This role requires strong interviewing skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates should have at least one year of recruitment experience or be fresh graduates eager to learn. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates from multiple channels and recommend new ones.
  • Manage candidate sources to ensure a steady flow of applicants.
  • Shortlist and select the best candidates from the applicant pool.
  • Conduct interviews for culture-fit selection.
  • Prepare reports on hiring metrics and turnover rates.
  • Participate in various HR projects.

  • Manage candidate source to ensure a continuous streamof candidates
  • Shortlist candidates and select the best from our pool of applicants
  • Identify great talents for potential needs in the company
  • Interview candidate for culture-fit selection process
  • Keep track and prepare reports of open positions, hiring funnel, turnover rate, and headcount requisition from hiring managers
  • Participate in a variety of HR projects
Qualifications
  • Having 1yearof experience in Recruitment, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Have an excellent interviewing skills to identify candidates' talents, motivation, and cultural fit
  • Able to work with a large number of job applications and interviews on a daily basis
  • Have excellent communication and time management skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes
  • Proactive, ambitious, and persistent
  • Recruiting knowledge on banking, insurance,and/or other fintech industry will be a plus
