Overview

Survey & Garda Siaga Analyst Will Be Responsible For

• Analyzing and providing improvement suggestions for operational processes
• Executing improvement projects within the MV Operation team
• Monitoring and managing Surveyor in the assigned region
• Conducting field visits or surveys, both within and/or outside the city

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Other majors are welcome with strong data analysis and Excel skills) from reputable university
• Fresh graduates with internship or organizational experience are welcome (Experience as a coordinator or team leader is a plus)
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, or Bandung will be a plus
• Experience in financial services is preferred
• Excellent in communication, presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of the automotive industry is a plus
