Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Supply Chain Staff to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting export operations, ensuring smooth delivery processes, and maintaining accurate documentation and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle export country assignments and daily operational activities.
• Create delivery projections and identify potential delivery delays.
• Address and resolve issues with customers and suppliers through clear and effective communication.
• Prepare quotations and cost structures for COO requirements.
• Monitor end-to-end export arrangements, including part readiness, packing, stuffing, and shipment arrival to ensure alignment with export shipping plans.
• Issue and verify export documents such as invoices, packing lists, Job Orders, ESI, and vanning layouts.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to prevent overdue payments.
• Participate in preparing monthly reports.
• Support monthly stock‑taking activities.

Qualifications

• Male or Female
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage
