Job description
Responsibilities

Supervise the availability of stock of goods and manage the opening time of PO (Purchase Order)

Analyze the amount of availability of goods needed so that the turnover of goods runs smoothly

Supervise daily operations of the Supply Chain Planning Team

and Ensure proper and timely execution of all the corresponding tasks

Oversee product storage, handling and distribution

Control Delivery processes

Develop effective communication and processes with logistic vendors or third parties

Contribute to the development of established supply policy and procedures

Prepare reports and communicate inventory measurements to Management

Develop and Monitor distribution requirements plans, initiate priorities based on Customer needs

Work closely with Marketing Team, Sales Team, Team Warehouse and Logistic to identify proactive inventory adjustment in support of both sales and operational targets

Maintain Documentations and operating system procedures for demand/supply planning process and related system

Audit supply companies

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance/Accounting or relevant fields

Minimal 5 Years of Working Experiences in Supply Chain/Logistic Operations

Preferably comes from FMCG or Retail Industry sector background

Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills

Great communications skill

Fluent in English, in written, reading, and orally

Detail -oriented , organized, and meticulous

Adaptable , agile, and fast learner person
