A leading automotive parts firm in Cikarang is seeking a Supply Chain General Manager to oversee operations and implement effective strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain roles within the automotive parts sector. Responsibilities include strategy formulation, operational oversight, and employee development. Strong financial skills and knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations are essential.
Our client is a Japanese Automotive Parts Company. Currently, they are looking forSupply Chain General Manager.
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.
Make decisions and conduct negotiations within the authority granted by the company, and take full responsibility for the outcomes.
Gather and utilize necessary information while maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all divisional operational activities.
Continuously identify Kaizen points and implement effective countermeasures.
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s strategy, support the formulation of divisional strategy and long-term vision, and contribute to the achievement of company objectives.
Promote people development by transferring knowledge to junior staff and subordinates, supporting the growth and sustainability of the company.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Business level English.
Min. 5 years of experience as Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Manager, Procurement Manager, Import & Export Manager in Automotive Parts Trading / Manufacturing / OEM company.
Strong understanding of management and operational control.
Solid financial acumen, including budget management, profit and loss management, balance sheet control, forex management, and risk analysis.
Familiarity with regulations, including customs regulations in Indonesia.
Proficient in the PDCA cycle.
Strong management and employee development skills.
