Job description

As a Supply Chain & Fulfillment, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain activities to ensure smooth procurement, inventory availability, transportation, warehousing and timely fulfillment across all outlets and digital food platforms. This role plays a critical part in supporting scalable and efficient FnB operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage purchasing and procurement activities for raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment planning to avoid shortages or overstock
  • Ensure fulfillment processes run efficiently for offline stores and online delivery platforms
  • Analyze supply chain data to improve cost control, lead time, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to procurement, suppliers, and inventory
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, R&D, and Finance teams to support business growth
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain and logistics processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, procurement, or fulfillment
  • Experience in FnB or retail chain industry is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and negotiation skills
  • Able to manage multiple suppliers and fast-moving inventory
  • Good command of English (written & spoken); Chinese proficient is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
