Job description

Supervise purchase of production and/or non-production materials according to schedules or purchase requisition with the eficiency cost

Supervise to plan timely purchase of the raw material

Control and monitor manufacturing and purchasing activities to keep sufficient inventory levels to optimize service levels

Plans the requirement of materials, control and supplies to manufacturing department according to customer demands, appropriate lead time, inventory level and schedule

Review , release, or cancel purchase orders based on material requirements planning

Cooperate with warehouse group to minimize storage area by designing delivery plan to the supplier in order to not get huge inventory in the same day

Communicate performances and costs to management

Excessive Freight (Air shipment) control and minimized

Recommend new processes or systems for improvement; implement new ideas and strategies

Comply to scorecard measurement system to track values

Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals

Support the implementation of ISO 9001, HALAL

Implementation safe work, environment & 5S
