Job description
Responsibilities
  • High-level strategic thinking in areas such as company branding, OKR-setting, and resource allocation and prioritisation;
  • Corporate development function for equity and debt fundraising efforts of the company;
  • Gathering, structuring, and presenting data-driven analyses to senior management to guide key decision‑making;
  • Tracking and benchmarking market dynamics (competition, new entrants) and evolution of EWA x Employee Benefits in the global startup scene;
  • Executing and scaling operational strategy and working with the operations team on devising metrics and targets, execution playbooks and product requirements;
  • Building performance and company reports for company stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree from any relevant field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of prior working experience in: High growth tech startups/Investment Banking/Consulting/VC /PE
  • Strong commercial acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Experience in data analysis through Excel/VBA/Tableau/Data Studio/Metabase or other BI tools
  • Strong presentation, financial modelling and communication skills
  • Must possess a sense of hustle, curiosity, and an attitude of making things happen
  • English along with Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
