Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in finance, accounting, tax, and treasury.
• At least 5 years in managerial or senior leadership roles.
• Experience in the same industry or business line is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop group financial strategies and policies.
• Supervise preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure implementation of Group Financial Reporting Template.
• Oversee budget planning and cash flow projections.
• Monitor tax compliance and provide advisory support.
• Manage treasury functions, including liquidity and investments.
• Provide financial analysis for investment decisions.
• Maintain relationships with auditors and financial partners.
• Lead the Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury teams.
