ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Store Supervisor, you’ll be the engine behind smooth store operations. You’ll ensure everything — from sales to sanitation — runs at the highest standard. You’ll supervise the crew, manage inventory, support promotions, and take full ownership of your store’s day-to-day performance to create a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

This is a field-based, full-time role to be based across Java. You’ll work closely with our Store Manager and our Crew Operations Team — playing a critical role in delivering the Dikichi experience that wins customers' hearts (and cravings).

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Ensure Smooth Store Operations – From opening to closing, make sure the store runs efficiently and delivers the Dikichi experience.
  • Drive Sales Performance – Execute daily sales plans, oversee promotions, and help achieve store revenue targets.
  • Lead & Supervise the Crew – Supervise day-to-day crew activities, monitor performance, and give clear, constructive feedback.
  • Maintain Store Cleanliness – Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the store and surrounding areas at all times.
  • Own Inventory & Stock – Manage daily stock levels, monitor usage, and prevent loss or overstock.
  • Understand P&L & Operational Metrics – Monitor store profitability, optimize costs, and report on store KPIs.

This isn’t your typical supervisor role. It’s a stepping stone to real leadership at the frontlines.
