  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent guest experience.
  • Supervise and motivate team members to maintain high service and food quality standards.
  • Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Support inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members.
