A prominent retail jewelry company in South East Asia is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations in Balikpapan. You will oversee the store team to deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales goals, manage inventories, and ensure compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, strong leadership and communication skills. This role requires working shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
As a Store Manager, you will lead the overall operations and performance of the store. You will ensure that the team delivers excellent customer service, achieves sales targets, and upholds brand standards.
