Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end store operations, ensuring sales achievement, premium service standards, team performance, and an exceptional customer experience aligned with the luxury jewelry brand. This position ensures the store runs efficiently while contributing significantly to business growth.

• Develop sales strategies, customer engagement initiatives, and upselling programs tailored to store needs.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales targets.
• Handle Loyal customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Conduct daily briefings covering targets, product updates, and service excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Advisors/Jewelry Consultants.
• Monitor stock availability, manage inventory, and conduct regular stock takes.
• Maintain security and protect high-value items according to company SOP.
