• Project Management: Oversee the workflow and projects of the Sales team. Coordinate and manage all phases of the project to ensure timely completion in line with the set objectives.
• Workflow Supervision: Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure smooth coordination for all plans and projects. Conduct regular meetings with Sales, Legal, and Information Technology (IT) teams to monitor project progress and address any questions or potential challenges.
• Analysis and Risk Identification: Identify and analyze potential risks and issues, elevate critical matters, and collaborate with internal team to implement the best solutions to keep projects on track.
• Documentation and Reporting: Review daily progress, status reports, and project documentation prepared by the Sales team, ensuring that all legal and technical documentation is in compliance.
